What is LSS?

Life in the Spirit Seminar  .

A retreat which centers on God the Holy Spirit.

The sessions and topics of the whole Seminar includes the following:

1. God's Love.
2. How Jesus saves us.
3. Everyday life as a full-gospel Christian.
4. Being open to all the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
5. Allowing the Holy Spirit to work in our lives.
6. Growing in our New Life.
7. Becoming more like Jesus.

What will the Holy Spirit do in my life?

• Lead me to a better personal friendship with Jesus and the Father.
• Help me better appreciate the Mass, Jesus in the Eucharist and the Scriptures.
• Help me to pray more effectively.
• Lead me to become a better Catholic.
• Give me boldness to be more active in my parish.
• Help me be a better parent, neighbor, parishioner, or citizen.
• Lead me to be all God created me to be.
• Help me deal with some of my personal problems.
• Make real the power of the sacraments.
• Help me lead a happier life.

The Life in the Spirit seminar is intended for anyone who desires a new awareness and deeper relationship with God, especially through the working of the Holy Spirit, and to be more fully spiritually equipped in building the Church. Participants are invited to pray for the "Baptism of the Holy Spirit" which was evident in the Upper Room as the Holy Spirit was poured out on the Church at Pentecost. It is an invitation to "stir into flame" in a renewed Pentecost the gift of the Holy Spirit that was given at Baptism and Confirmation.

So, i went for LSS together with Dear , his lil bro James and his neighbour Ah Hock ( a friend of ours ) It's a 3days programme.. Its their first time there and i know that the Lord has worked MIRACLES on them! and i'm very happy! =) God loves each and every one of us~

We had all the talks and its very interesting.. and especially when they share their experience with you, and you'll go ' wow! PRAISE THE LORD! '  its SO AMAZING!

the first day , felt very happy! and yea, the session ended at 10.45pm .. but we were all happy! things are going well in our daily doings.. second day, we had sessions too~ and afterthat we had Confession to prepare ourselves before the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and that is where you will experience NEW LIFE IN GOD! It is the BEST FEELING EVER! =) you will feel that ur heart is cleanse and you're new again! you'll feel free =)  PRAISE THE LORD!!!!

I would encourage all of you to go and join this kind of Seminar whenever there is.. Go, and experience the New Life in God.. Experience his love for us.. Listen to his Word..  

Tomorrow is the last day and i can't wait for next year! Its only the second day today and i gained alot and i believe that God is working through people around..

Last year, I prayed about something and I did mention that if someone ( a stranger ) would come up to me and tell me . . (smth that is like an answer to my prayer) , then i would do so .

and YES, today.. a wonderful woman came to me and told me ' You are so lovely, you know that? '

and she told me the things i long to hear. I was SHOCKED . It got me. I was thinking about what she told me all the time and yes. I understand now . There's a reason to it . 

Thank you Lord ! Thank you Mother Mary !

its 11.36pm now,

tomorrow is the last session, i guess i'll wake up earlier for breakfast 

before attending the session . afterthat shopping! ^^
